How Learning to be Innovative Can Transform Your Life

The Power of Innovation

Learning to be innovative can be one of the most powerful skills you can learn. When asked about creativity, or the ability to be innovative, unfortunately, a lot of people have a false belief that they simply lack this skill. “no sorry, hahaha,  that’s simply not me. I missed that gene.”

The truth is that the ability to be creative or innovative is a talent that is inherent in all of us. It is something we can all learn. Like learning a new language, it takes new knowledge and practice.

I’m sure we all know people who we think are creative or innovative.

We have all watched friends or family come up with amazing ideas that have blown us away, so to speak. Yet, at the same time, we have a judgement about ourselves, that we would never be capable of something really creative. It may be a work of art, a book, building something etc., We can marvel at other people, all the while labelling ourselves as being unskilled or lacking this creative ability.

Being Innovative Can Be Learned

It’s a really powerful change in mindset to learn that anyone can learn to be creative and innovative. Like anything, it’s a learned skill. It’s another mountain of connections in your brain that simply was never developed. You need to understand that you can learn this skill. My friend-It just takes knowledge, time and practice.

Creativity is not a gene that skips generations or families. In actuality, everyone is born capable of being creative. Remember when you were a young child in your first days at school. The boxes of crayons in kindergarten were not limited only to those children who were deemed to possess extraordinary potential.

You want to know why? The truth is, everybody has potential.

Remember when

Remember when you were young and you wanted to learn to ride a bike. After all, your friends were doing it so why not you. Or you wanted to fit in.

Did you ever for second label yourself as not being capable or able to ride a bike?. Where do the same as all the kids in new that you also could learn the skill? Or did you say, oh no I can’t do that!

To continue the analogy, did you make mistakes when you learn to ride a bike? Did you fall off, or fall over or have trouble getting going? There are lots of mistakes you can make when learning to ride a bike? Did you keep going!

How about when you got older? Did you, like most people learn to drive a car? If you did, as you reflect back on the first time that you drove, did you just hop in the car and all of a sudden you were Enzo Ferrari? Ha, Not likely!

Both of the processes of learning to ride a bike or drive a car required some really basic steps:

  • The first requirement is passion and desire. To be passionate about what you want to create or do.
  • Next, you will need to up your knowledge level. If you want to learn something, there are likly lots of places you can find the information you seek, especially these days.
  • The next step requires taking action. But action by itself is not enough. You also have to be willing to make mistakes. You will come to find out that the so called mistakes will become your greatest teacher.
  • Most of all you will need to continue to practice your new skill. Eventually it will become second nature for you.

It takes time for your brain to take in the skill set and make it available to you unconsciously.

Tips and Tricks to Master the Innovation Skillset

Setting Goals

First, it’s important to get clear about what you want or what you want to create. I say this with a caveat that you also have to be flexible. What I learned myself is it’s important to have the goal but also to be flexible enough to realize that as you get going your goal can or will likely morph for the better. This will occur as a byproduct of incorporating new ideas that you learn along the way

Be Realistic

First being “realistic” is relative. It can vary greatly from person to person. What might be realistic for one person could be a walk in the park for someone else. It’s also easy to underestimate your own capabilities. Basically, don’t try flying a plane without training!

Understand that learning a new skill or mastering something new simply takes time and practice. Be easy on yourself. You can make a game out of the learning process. Understand that it’s not going to be like flipping a switch. Being creative or innovative takes time and practice.

I will give you a personal example.

A couple of months ago I had never written a blog post. To be really frank with you, my first post was awful, (haha, okay a few of them.) I didn’t understand anything about creating blog posts. In the first while, I made tons of mistakes and I just kind of babbled on. I also didn’t know anything about SEO, creating headings, how to break up paragraphs etc. etc. etc.

Simply by starting the process, writing the first post AND keeping going, it got better and better and easier and easier over time.

Understand that even people who seem to be geniuses at creating things had to start somewhere and they also made lots of mistakes. You might see great results but remember that it is likely the result of 100 tries (or more).

Manage Your Time

Allocate time to learning this new skill.  Don’t expect amazing results overnight. Just like riding a bike, it’s going to take practice and repetition. To do this, you have to allocate the time you need to practice your new skillset. If you really want to master this skill set make sure you allocate the needed time to develop your inner capabilities.

Focus on Your Own Counsel:

This one is incredibly important and is especially critical at the beginning stages of your learning curve.

What I’m saying by this is that it is really important that you listen to yourself the most! You must really own what you creating! As a result, it’s important, especially when you start out, to make yourself your number one source for feedback. There are a million critics out there who have a better or different way of doing things. If its important, the natural learning curve is going to lead you to the information. Give yourself some slack and allow this to take its course.

Yes, some of the things others have to say are important and are likely some things that you will need to incorporate. Trust yourself and that you will get there. If you take on everything people say you can quickly get both discouraged and overwhelmed.

Don’t listen to what other people say, especially people who are really critical! Most people will not appreciate what you doing or the amount of effort that you are putting into what you’re creating. Some people will just be focused on critiquing your efforts. Again, this criticism can unintentionally stop you in your tracks. Know that the other person might mean well but they likely don’t understand that for someone creative, there so called “constructive feedback” that can undermine your determination.

Other People Aren’t in Your Shoes

Other people have no idea what you’re going through the efforts that you’re really putting in. If you have an original idea, don’t waste your time and effort trying to make people understand. They won’t. They are not you with your dreams and visions. And the help they try to give you will probably come in the form of negative feedback – don’t do this, you need to do this, that etc. . If all of the really amazing creators in our history listened to their peers, we would probably still be riding horses and using the telegraph.

When I started writing this blog I got all kinds of feedback and most of it wasn’t very positive. For the most part if focused on what I “should” be doing, or what I was doing wrong. Over time I found the comments negatively affected my motivation. To keep going, I had to listen less, learn what I needed and rely on myself more and more only. I also was benefiting greatly from learning from the so-called mistakes I was making as they were leading me to skills that I needed to learn.

Take Care of Your Health

If you really want to be successful, it’s really important you support yourself by making your health a priority. Take care, both of your body and your mind. Adopt a healthy diet and also get lots of exercises that are suited for your age and condition.

Plan your day and make sure there’s time for exercise. Personally, I walk between 7 & 10,000 steps every day and I also eat lots of healthy food like salads, fish, avocadoes etc. Exercise and diet help to send all those wonderful endorphins coursing through your veins. Exercising certainly clears and relaxes your mind and allows for anything to pop up. It will also help you to sleep better, something that is so important to creativity.

A Side Note: Silva Mind Control

I would like to share something that has really helped me. A little while ago I stumbled onto the Silva Mind Control program. I think it was meant to happen as ironically, the book had been sitting on my shelf for years and one day it just fell off and landed on my foot. It was as if something was trying to get my attention.

I would like to share that the more I looked into this program, the more I found that what they share is really powerful.

The Silva information is about teaching people to fully and properly use their brains. Silva discovered that people are actually way more creative when they are in a relaxed state of mind. Silva discovered that really successful people got some of their best ideas when they were in were in Alpha or Theta mind frequency states, a by-product of relaxation. This is in contrast to the state most people operate in – the Beta frequency 12 – 30 cycles per second) state that most people operate in.

One of their exercises focuses on the creativity that we are capable of when we sleep. The program teaches people to tell themselves prior to falling asleep that they want to remember their dreams. They instruct people to keep a pen and paper handy.

People write down their thoughts quickly when they wake no matter what time it is. It’s amazing what the mind can do. So try this and jot down those notes. Those dreams may just create an innovative spark in you.

You can find more information on Silva programs here

Always Be Yourself!

It is really important that you follow who you are, not who you think other people want you to be. Don’t try to be anyone else and follow someone else’s dream. This is one of the big problems these days with all these gurus trying to sell you overpriced courses with lots of promises. For the most part, you’ll do way better if you find your own path and simply take lots of action. Instead of trying to copy somebody else, you need to find your own style.

You can always tell a Rembrandt from a Matisse. If you read a certain author over and over again you can start to recognize their own style. Same as with the people that excel in sports, – they develop their own way of doing things allows them to rise above the crowd.

People will appreciate your innovation more and more over time as they will appreciate your uniqueness. Who else has your exact style – Nobody! That will let people see how valuable you are and what you are providing.

You Don’t Need Expensive Props to Be Innovative

Don’t hide behind expensive toys, tools or crutches. You don’t need the most expensive computer or software to accomplish most tasks. You don’t need the best paper to write a book. You don’t need the most expensive paints to create a masterpiece. As a side note, J.K. Rowling wrote her first book of the Harry Potter Series on bits of tissue.

Likewise, you don’t need the best camera to take amazing pictures, Understand that this will come in time when you hone your skills. The real artist actually reduces the number of tools he has as he gets better at his craft: as they know through experience what actually works and what doesn’t.

Understand Your Passion And Follow It

Few people ever excelled without having a lot of passion for what they were doing. So, it’s time to think about what is it that drives you passionately:

  • What wakes you up in the mornings?
  • What keeps coming up in your mind?
  • What do you think about before you go to sleep?
  • What books, magazines, TV shows are you pulled to?
  • When you go online, what do you search for? What are the websites you go to over and over again and why?
  • What is the one thing that you’ll die if you don’t do?

Sometimes people, even with talent are overtaken by people who simply “want it more.” It’s like a human version of the “the tortoise and the hare? Sometimes you just want something so badly that you become virtually unstoppable. And that is a result of having passion. Passion will keep you going when others would stop.

Don’t Worry About Looking For Inspiration – It Will Find You.

You can’t force it and you won’t have to if you have passion. As a result,  inspiration will show when you least expect it to, but many times when you need it the most.  If you have passion and are working on something that drives you, know that inspiration is going to show up! It just may take a while as you may need to learn something to help you.

Yes, you may or are going to go through droughts where it seems like nothing is happening. It is during these times that the mind can play many tricks on you. I can even try to get you to stop what you are doing and tell you lots of stories to support this mindset.

Understand that this is all part of the process. Also know that an amazing idea could pop into your mind anywhere, at any time and you need to be prepared for this. It’s even more prevalent when you are in times of calmness.

As a side note, one of my greatest moments of motivation and creativity occurs when I am relaxed, lying in the bathtub. In times like this, I can really calm myself and especially my brain as it slides into Alpha. All of a sudden, an amazing and transformational idea pops into my head.

Make sure you are prepared for when inspiration strikes, no matter where you are always have a pen and paper within your arm’s reach at all times.

Closing Comments

I hope this article has helped you understand an important aspect of your true potential.

Know that you have an amazing ability to bring more innovation into your life. Always remember that while you will likely help lots of people over time, your innovative self has to come from your actions and be driven by you.

Soon enough, others will notice, and everything should snowball from there!

The Importance of Effective Time Management
As it is all around us!!

The Importance of Effective Time Management

As we all know, there are only 24 hours in a day.

These days with all of the distractions, especially those originating with our new online world, it is so easy to fill those hours quickly.

At the end of the day it is easy to look back and ask yourself questions like:

  • “How productive was I today?”
  • “What did I really accomplish today?
  • “If I set goals for today, did I finish what I set out to do?”
  • “What did I actually spend most my time on?”

Without an effective time management strategy, you likely won’t enjoy the answers to these questions.

Time Management Is Especially Needed in Today’s “Modern World!”

With all of the increasing distractions happening these days, it is so important to get on top of your use of time now more than ever. If you don’t learn to manage your time too often you will find yourself going to bed with your “to-do” list barely touched. Managing your time effectively can be one of the biggest factors that make a difference between success and failure!

Now more than ever it is so important to have a methodical daily, monthly and yearly plan for all areas of your life. Thoroughly planning and having a set of tasks on your to-do list for each of the key areas of your life is paramount. This process can dramatically affect the quality of your life.

Determining which area in your life is not getting enough attention is a great start in implementing your time management strategy. Each area of the 6 main areas, which are discussed below, creates a part of the “whole you.” If you are ignoring one area then you are ignoring an important part of yourself.

What Is Time Management Is about?

As mentioned, there are six areas in your life where you need to manage your use of time if you want to be successful. By managing your use of your limited time it will give your life balance while at the same time dramatically increasing your productivity. The 6 priority areas include, in no particular order, your physical wellness, intellectual, social, career, emotional and spiritual growth.

Most of All it is About Making Life More Enjoyable, as Well As MORE Productive.

  • The physical aspect involves having a healthy body, which includes eating well exercising and having less stress and fatigue in your life.
  • The intellectual aspect involves learning and growing intellectually, having control of your thoughts, having a positive focused mindset and utilizing other various intellectual focus growth activities such as meditation
  • The social aspect involves having time and enjoying personal and/or intimate relationships. It also includes time to give back to humanity.
  • The career aspect involves school and work and is likely that these parts will take a big chunk of your allotted awaken time
  • The emotional aspect involves appropriate feelings and desires and manifesting them. This process is ongoing throughout the course of your day and will come to your attention as actions or more importantly reactions rise to the surface.
  • The spiritual aspect involves your own personal quest for the meaning of your life and of humans existence in general

The Importance of a Balanced Time Management approach

From the moment you integrate time management skills, you will have opened several new and powerful options to improve your life. This can provide you with a broad spectrum of solutions to your personal productivity and growth. It also creates more doors for new and exciting opportunities to knock on.

The Purpose of Time Management

The purpose of time management is to utilize your time in a way that suits you best. The main goal is to increase your productivity, all the while giving you more time to do what you enjoy.

At no time is time management meant to or designed as another way to beat yourself up or to judge yourself. It’s simply supposed to be a gift, not a penalty. The process should be supportive, growth-oriented, support your overall quality of life and be a sensible and reasonable approach in solving problems big or small.

The Need To Manage Distractions

As I mentioned above, our day-to-day list of distractions has grown dramatically over the last 20 years. Much of this is a result of the introduction and utilization of various forms of technology, especially “Social Media. ” As such, it so important to get on top of how you manage your time as soon as possible.

Some of this is going to require discipline to eliminate or manage utilization of things like social media, online entertainment from games to video distractions-okay porn, to even just sitting reading the news.

For me, many times I found myself sitting down to write something, say a blog post or article, and then come up against a mental block. Instead of working through the block, I found myself playing solitaire. The next thing I knew, 30+ minutes (or more) had gone by. The time was absolutely wasted time.

When I implemented time management, I kept my goals in plain sight. Even before that, I deleted any potential distractions that I could from my computer, such as Solitaire.

The Need for Focused Time

Time management is basically about being focused. More importantly, it’s about maintaining that focus until you complete the task on hand. For many of us, this means creating a new habit, one of Focus and Concentration.

Over and over you will hear stories about one of the big drawbacks today is that most people now have a very short attention span. Even worse is that it’s continuing to get shorter and shorter. This is a direct result of the increasing amount of information coming at us constantly. This in essence is overloading our neurology. There is a good article you can read here on this topic

I can not say enough about how your life can change for the better if you can master time management ASAP.

Time Management Is Not Just A Set Of Rules

Some people view time management merely as a set of rules. This translates into creating a schedule of appointments, progressive goal setting supported by thorough planning, creating “to-do” lists, and then prioritizing the goals.

These are the core basics of time management that should be understood in order to properly develop an efficient personal time management skillset. These basic skills can transform your life and they can be fine-tuned further to include the finer points of each skill. This can then give you that extra reserve you need in order to create the results you desire.

Most people overlook the fact that in reality there are more skills involved in time management than just the core basics. There are additional skills needed to be successful with time management. These skills include

  • Tracking how you spend your time
  • Setting Priorities
  • Decision-making
  • Implementing the use of a good planning tool
  • Scheduling Appropriately
  • Being able to Delegate
  • Manage the list of “time wasters” – Handheld Devices, Email, Visitors, Meetings
  • Focusing on the task at hand
  • Most important – Staying Healthy!! by exercising and eating properly etc.

In reality, personal time management covers 24 hours of your day and involves everything you do. No matter how big and no matter how small, every minute counts. This will help you to stop wasting time that could be spent creating amazing things in your life and even helping the lives of others. Each new skill or increased knowledge you obtain, each new advice/ feedback you consider, as well as every new skill you develop, no matter how big or small, should be added to the mix.

Now that you have all of this free time you can make more money doing other things. If you want some ideas, try this article of 15 alternative ways to make money HERE

The Need to Observe

In order to make effective change, it really helps to know where you’re at. Again increase your awareness. Begin to observe what takes you off task. How long can you be writing a document and then find yourself walking around the room? Can you stay focused and then find yourself playing solitaire or searching social media? What can you do to manage your phone so that you can stay focused on what you need to do?

Start becoming aware of what distracts you and even better what causes you to get distracted. All of these things are just merely skills that move unconsciously part of yourself. They can be undone. You can replace the skills with more productive ones. It will just take some practice. Begin with increasing your awareness.

Another time-waster for me was when I would be in the middle of writing a blog post and I would get mentally stuck. I didn’t know what to do next.

Instead of playing Solitaire, I would get up and walk around the room, go to the kitchen to make something to eat. As I became more aware of this I would stop myself. I would simply say to myself “stay focused!” I then would continue to stay at the computer and finish the post. This one little observation made me considerably more productive.

It’s the littlest distractions that add up to hours of wasted time if you don’t catch them in the bud.

The Need for Balance

Don’t get me wrong, time management is not about spending every waking moment at work. Quite the contrary it’s about enjoying life as much as possible.

Managing time is also about having fun, doing things and your loved ones, exercising, traveling, seeing the world, etc., etc.

it is so important to factor in a balanced lifestyle as part of the time management equation. Many people in the here the word time management now important is in start scheduling every waking moment. They become hypervigilant about side excursions or (perceived) distractions. This is the main aspect that many practitioners of personal time management fail to grasp.

Time management is about getting results, not about being busy. But it’s also about enjoying life. One of them is to review your goals whether it be immediate or long-term goals often.

A Great Way to Integrate Time Management

The best way to integrate a Time Management process is to keep a list that is always accessible to you. This list includes items like

  • Use your best judgement to always determine which of you identified task is necessary or not necessary in achieving your goals and which activities are helping you maintain a balanced life style.
  • Understand your natural body rhythms. We all have of us times of the day that are better suited for us to take action and times when we might even need a nap. These are own natural cycles. You need to be able to understand when to do the hard tasks when you will be in a time of peak performance. For some people it’s early in the morning. For some people could be the middle of the afternoon even in the evening. Only you will know. Adjust your schedule accordingly.
  • Learning to set boundaries: this is so so important for everyone and I’m sure you’ve heard this many times. It’s important that you take this on and utilize this device even in a bit means saying the word to family members or friends, let alone business associates.
  • Acknowledge yourself and your accomplishments in any manner that works for you to help you to reinforce the positive aspects of effective time management.
  • Try and get the cooperation from people around you who are actually benefiting from your efforts of time management.
  • Take action! All costs overcome procrastination. Adopt the strategy of “DO IT NOW!”.
  • Work at maintaining a constant positive attitude and set yourself up for success.
  • Support you success by setting realistic goals which by accomplishing these will help you to enforce your approach in achieving your goals.
  • Have a record or journal of all your activities. This will help you get things in their proper perspective.

How to Overcome Stress – Your Guide to Mastering Stress

It is so, so important that you learn and master stress to be successful in all areas of your life!

You have to learn to manage stress if you want to be successful

What is stress:

Prior to writing this article, “Your Guide to Mastering Stress,” I was looking for a definition of “stress” that I could share. I hope this helps:

“Stress is defined as an organism’s total response to environmental demands or pressures.

One thing that I think is left out in this definition is that for the most part is that stress is a by-product of our  conscious and unconscious “perceptions.” If we perceive something, at any level,  it can be deemed as a threat. This can cause various levels of stress in us.

An interesting thing is that two people can experience the same situation, where one person would find it stressful and another person might even enjoy the situation. Everything is about perspective.

For example, 2 people sailing in heavy seas. A novice sailor could feel incredible stress and fear. They may experience faster breathing, muscle tension, anxiety, feelings of overwhelm, etc. At the same time, someone else with considerable sailing experience might be having the time of their life and feeling sensations of joy etc.

The Purpose Of This Post

In this post, I am going to talk about the nature of stress and then provide some strategies that you can use to lower stress in your life, including my own easy and powerful strategy. Stress can get in the way of our personal success. If you can understand and manage your stress, you can have a more successful life.

The World Hasn’t Changed the Way our Forefathers Likely Thought

I’m sure in the past, our forefathers likely envisioned that as the world evolved so would the quality of our lives. Life would be easier, safer and more enjoyable. I’m sure they believed that life in general in the future that our quality of life would be a lot easier and a lot less stressful.

If you use your guide to mastering Stres

Unfortunately, for various reasons, it hasn’t quite worked out that way, as I’m sure you already know.

For the vast majority of us, life is likely just stressful, or even more so than it was thousands of years ago.

The difference is that what causes us stress has changed. In the past, it might’ve been about simply survival more is now it might be driving too fast on the highway.

In reality, what’s really happened over the last thousand years is that stress is always been there it’s just been because the stress is changed. The problem is not out there!

Most people lack effective strategies for mastering stress

The problem is that for the most part, we haven’t learned much about stress. Most people go through life, giving stress and their reaction to it little thought. It sure is not a skill (managing stress) that we learn in school.

We don’t know a lot more about our own brains and how they work than we did thousands of years ago. In fact, we’ve likely learned more in the last 20 years than in all of humanity’s history. If you want to have a better life, its important that you change this. Stress is merely a process, one that you can manage – instead of it managing you.

Most People Lack an Understanding of How the Mind Work’s

Most people don’t realize the real cause of stress is inside of all of us. Our minds take in sensory experience and interpret it. Our interpretations are based on our history, what’s passed on was genetically in our current belief systems.

Our brains interpret our environment and have it register something as the threat it causes us stress. Virtually none of us have effective strategies for meeting the stress had on. So much of it is the result of our beliefs about our environment-but I’ll leave that for another post.

The bottom line is that stress can take a significant toll on you. Stress can significantly affect your health, your physical and emotional well-being, your longevity, your relationships in just about every aspect of your life.

Overcoming Stress

To overcome stress, in simple terms, you need some strategies. As I mentioned above the problem is that usually, most people try to learn about stress after they are really stressed. 🙂

Were you ever taught ways to deal with stress?

But when it comes down to it, I think that it is how we work or even relax, for that matter that triggers stress. Ever been stressed even when you’re well relaxed and bored? I know I have.

In the meantime, until you learn to properly run your brain some level of stress is unavoidable in life. As such, it is important to find ways to decrease and prevent stressful incidents and decrease your negative reactions to stress.

To help you with this, here are some strategies you can adopt to lower your levels of day-to-day stress.

Understand how you deal with stress

It is important that you identify your coping strategies. One way to do this is by recording the stressful event, your reaction, and how you cope in a stress journal. With this information, you can work to change unhealthy coping strategies into healthy ones-those that help you focus on the positive and what you can change or control in your life.

Your Guide to Mastering Stress : Strategies

The most important acquirement needed to change  how you deal with stress is “Awareness.” It is so important in you dramatically improve your level of self-awareness. One of the reasons that you’re overstressed is you have been ignoring the signs that your mind and body have been giving to you.

You have to start becoming aware of when you’re stressed out.

As you become more aware you start to more consciously notice the many obvious signs, such as: accelerated breathing, accelerated heart rate, sweating, irritation, defensiveness, being reactionary etc.

Become more aware!

A good thing to bring into awareness is your thinking or more importantly the direction of your thinking or focus.  As soon as you notice your thinking goes really negative but usually a pretty good indicator that something has been triggered. A lot of times when a person is triggered and stressed out the thinking in essence goes the proverbial gutter. . Simply stated your thoughts will have a much larger negative spin or focus.

It is very important that you start becoming more aware and that you especially become aware of when you’re thinking goes really negative!

At the same time become much more, aware of what your body does when you’re thinking in terms negative.

Managing time

One place where people get stressed out a lot is feeling like they don’t have enough time Or that they got too many things to do within a 24-hour timeframe. One thing that can lower this quickly is adopting efficient time management skills. This one simple skill can allow more time with your family and friends and possibly increase your performance and productivity. This can greatly help you to reduce your levels of stress

Ways to Improve Your Time Management Skills

To begin, you need to know where you’re at. For one week, keep a detailed record of how you spend your time. This needs to include all aspects of your 24 hours a day, from the moment you wake up to the time you go back to sleep. It needs to include work and leisure time, including side times, ie, playing a video game when you are supposed to working, or the time you spend watching tv.

At the end of the week, review your findings.  It is likely you will be able to identify a number of areas where bascially you are wasting potentially productive time on tasks that do not matter.

Action Steps:

· Prioritize your time by rating tasks by importance and urgency. Redirect your time to those activities that are important and meaningful to you.

· Manage your commitments by not over- or under committing. Don’t commit to what is not important to you.

· Deal with procrastination by using a day planner, breaking large projects into smaller ones, and setting short-term deadlines.

· Examine your beliefs to reduce conflict between what you believe and what your life is like.

Build healthy coping strategies

Some behaviours and lifestyle choices affect your stress level. They may not cause stress directly, but they can interfere with the ways your body seeks relief from stress. Try to:

Learn to balance your personal, work, and family needs and obligations so that they do not cause you stress. I

Ttalk to people in your life and express your time constraints I got my phone and ring but my watch with the folks with that I I I I

Some things that can really help you: ·

  • Have a sense of purpose in life.
  • Get enough sleep, since your body recovers from the stresses of the day while you are sleeping.
  • · Eat a balanced diet for a nutritional defense against stress.
  • · Get moderate exercise throughout the week.
  • · Limit your consumption of alcohol.
  • · Don’t smoke.

Make Sure You Have Social Support

Having good “Social support” such as family and friends can greatly improve how you is a major factor in how we experience and master stress. Social support is the positive and beneficial support you receive from your family, friends, and the community at large.

Simply start by being aware that you are cared for, loved, esteemed, and valued. More and more research indicates a strong relationship between social support and better mental and physical health.

I think of some of the stressful times in my life and there have been a number of them as I learned many of the skills. The biggest thing that made a difference was knowing that I had people I could reach out to and that they would at the very minimum listen. So many times this completely changed my emotional state and point of view

Challenge and Change Your Thinking

When any outside stimulus initiates a stress response and negative thoughts can have devastating effects especially when it goes unchallenged. A by-product of your thoughts is that you may experience a wide range of emotional responses. These can include things like depression, anger, heightened sense of fear, anxiety, revenge, guilt, insecurity, worthlessness and powerlessness.

All of these emotions can trigger the body’s stress response process even at the stress trigger is not true. A very effective strategy is to challenge your negative thoughts and how you see things can help reduce stress. This can start from a simple question: “is my perception even true.”

My Very Effective Strategy for Managing Stress

Over the years I have adopted a strategy that I have found to be extremely effective and overcoming and managing stress. It’s very simple and just takes a little bit of repetition to make it a part of you.

  1. As soon as you notice your stress level building and your thinking has turned negative, simply stop, and take 5 deep breaths
  2. Next, stop your negative thinking and simply use one of the two follosing statements: a) a) “Cancel, Cancel.” Or b) “Cancel, Clear” — If you have to, repeat this phrase a couple of times
  3. Focus on your goals,  What is It I want to create. If any negative thoughts surface: Use Steps 1 & 2
  4. Keep doing this simple process and very quickly you will be able to stop your stress instantly

Be Safe and know you are one step closer to having a Success Mindset

Now – Take lots of action and create your dreams.

Create a better Life: Change Your Point of View

“The question is not what you look at, but what you see.”

Henry David Thoreau

Everything is About “Perspective”

If you want to create a better life for yourself, All you have to do is Change your Point of View. To do this you need to become more optimistic.

Imagine that you are driving down a highway, and cars are coming towards you in the opposite direction, you will see things in a certain way. At the same time, the driver coming towards you will have their own perspective.

Your perspective isn’t just the facts you cars coming towards each other it’s also how we interpret everything. That interpretation is based on your beliefs and life experiences something unique to you. how you see the world is based totally on your perspective and yours alone. Now there may be commonalities with other people, especially in the same society. There always are. Yet, you will still have your unique point of view.

The way we see things or how you experience the world is tempered by your life experiences, especially what happened to you when you were young. As a result, you will judge everything you see and do through the lenses of who you are or who you have become. This is mostly from your unique life experiences, but there is a growing science that we are becoming aware of that we can also inherit experiences from our forefathers.

How your Childhood Experiences Affect Your Perspective

Some people come out of their childhood only seeing the best in the world-space the stars. For others, a search for problems or issues or what’s wrong or what’s not working. As I wrote in other articles on, a big problem for all of us is that we get taught what to think, not how they think.

As a result, you may not understand that a lot of this is simply a choice. If how you see the world isn’t working this time to change how you see the world. Trust me, this is an awful lot easier than hoping the world’s going to change to fit your model.

To change your perspective just takes new habits. It requires a change in focus. It requires setting new goals and looking for anything that stops you from achieving them. Our perspective is everything and that’s all it is- our perspective!

The Power of “CHOICE”

Every day you are always filled with choices. Many people don’t realize that they even have a choice and just think the way things are is the way things are. In reality, even if you’re the worst pessimist in the world you don’t have to remain that way!

Unconsciously you may have opted to have a pessimist’s view and live a self-defeated life or you may decide to take the optimist’s route and take on a way less challenging and more fulfilling life. And you can change your mind and choose something different-to live life differently, from a different perspective

The Continuum of Pessimism versus Optimism

I’m sure you have a number of friends, acquaintances and/or relatives. Across the collection of our contacts, they will represent a wide range of perspectives across the pessimism/optimism spectrum. I’m sure you have both optimistic and pessimistic friends.

My questions:

  • Which one is more fun to be with?
  • Which ones can you be yourself around?
  • Which ones do you have to tiptoe around?
  • Which ones are more successful?
  • Which ones are living life to the max and joy in life\
  • Which ones can overcome hardships faster?
  • What ones let things go easier?

Where are you on this scale?

Where do you see yourself on this scale of pessimism or optimism currently?

Do you understand it’s a choice or at least it can be!. If you’re a pessimist, you don’t have to stay that way. Yes, I realize changing your perspective will take some work but won’t it be worth it? It’s just a condition responsible perspective and you can change your perspective.

Why not take the optimist point of view?

There are so many benefits for taking the optimistic point of view:

For example, optimism has been linked to:

  • better  health,
  • more happiness,
  • less depression
  • more positive moods
  • better morale
  • better performance in school, on the job
  • more friends
  • better relationships
  • less depression

Here’s a sad fact, In recent years, the mean age for the onset of these two afflictions has gone down from 30 to 15, (likely caused by the introduction and adaptation of technology or too much of it.) It is no longer a middle-aged housewife’s disorder but also a teenager’s disorder’ as well.

Continuing Optimist versus Pessimists

Here’s how optimists are in action and researches that back up why it really pays to be an optimist:

Optimists expect the best versus pessimists who base tend to believe bad events, which will last a long time and undermine everything they do, are their own fault.

Additionally, optimists tend to focus on and plan for the ‘problem’ at hand. They use ‘positive reinterpretation.’ In other words, they most likely reinterpret a negative experience in a way that helps them learn and grow. Such people are unfazed by bad situations, they simply perceive it as a challenge and buckle down and try harder.

They won’t say “things will never get better,” “If I failed once, it will happen again” and “If I experience misfortune in one part of my life, then it will happen in my whole life.”

Positive expectancies of optimists also predict better reactions during transitions to new environments, sudden tragedies and unlikely turn of events. If they fall, they will stand up. They see opportunities instead of obstacles. The truth is optimists are confronted with the same hard knocks of this world. What differs is the way they explain their misfortune—it’s the opposite way. They tend to believe defeat is just a temporary setback, that its causes are confined to this one case.

People respond positively to optimists

Optimists are proactive and less dependent on others for their happiness. They find no need to control or manipulate people. They usually draw people towards them. Their optimistic view of the world can be contagious and influence those they are with.

Optimism seems a socially desirable trait in all communities. Those who share optimism are generally accepted while those who spread gloom, panic and hysteria are treated unfavourably.

In life, these people often win elections; get voted most congenial and sought for advice.

When the going gets tough, optimists get tougher versus the pessimist to takes often blame somebody else for the problems

Optimists typically maintain higher levels of subjective well-being during times of stress than do people who are less optimistic. In contrast, pessimists are likely to react to stressful events by denying that they exist or by avoiding dealing with problems. Pessimists are more likely to quit trying when difficulties arise.

They persevere. They just don’t give up easily, they are also known for their patience. Inching their way a step closer to that goal or elusive dream.

Again if you need to hear this Optimists are healthier and live longer. Medical research has justified that simple pleasures and a positive outlook can cause a measurable increase in the body’s ability to fight disease.

Here’s another great reason for becoming more optimistic: Optimists age well (better). They are much freer than most people from the usual physical ills of middle age and beyond. They get to outlive those prone to negative thoughts. You see, all of the negative thoughts hurt everyone, but mostly the person thinking them.

So why not be an optimist today? And think positively towards a more fulfilled life.

Why not look forward to success in all your endeavours? Why not be or become more resilient?

Like everybody else you are bound to hit lows sometimes but don’t just stay there. Carry yourself out of the mud and improve your chances of getting back on the right track. And why not inspire others to remove their dark-coloured glasses and see life on the bright side?

A simple trick on starting the process of changing this is when you catch yourself having a negative thought say to yourself “Cancel, Cancel,).

Say this simple phrase a couple of times until the sensation of feeling goes away and you’ll slowly rewire your response.\

Welcome to We are dedicated to helping you to be successful.

One of the amazing things about us humans is our incredible inner power to create change. Change can come in many variations and at a variety of levels. This could be personal or even at a global level.

Yes, we don’t always create change easily. As we are basically creatures of habit, for most people it can require some form of (intense) motivation. In many instances, people finally open themselves to change as the result of increasing levels of outside pressure. This in turn can create growing levels of awareness. These 2 factors come together to awaken our inner power needed to create change.

Yet, know that if you have these two 2 factors in hand (motivation and awareness), that you can virtually facilitate any needed changes in your life (or even in the world.) As you make lasting changes you will realize that you are a lot stronger than you ever envisioned.

Sometimes the needed changes are small. This might be something as simple as a new wardrobe. Sometimes the changes are huge!. This could be motivated by events such as overcoming a life-threatening disease or even the results or aftereffects of war.

Understanding Underlying Issues Regarding Creating Change

In a couple of recent blogs on (See Here),  we discuss the concept of “beliefs. We share information on what they are, how we all take them on and why many times they simply don’t serve us.

In simple terms, your beliefs run you in a similar way that software runs on a computer. Your beliefs control what you do and can also limit what you do, Sometimes making real change requires challenging and even replacing old beliefs.

Something I find ironic is that while we humans are careful about the software we install on a $300 computer, yet most of the beliefs you have, or that we instill in children are beliefs that are really installed in a virtually semi-random process. A lot of the fundamental beliefs you got came from your family members. They in essence installed their likely generational beliefs into you. The rest came from your surroundings, such as school friends, country values, etc.

As a side thought, have you ever questioned where all these people in your life got their beliefs? Do those beliefs even work for the people to give them to you?

A good book on Beliefs is Bruce Lipton’s Biology of Beliefs found here

Our Lives on Autopilot

In general, like most people, it is likely you’ve spent most of your life in some form of autopilot. In general, we stay there until something happens and awakens us. This is when we begin to challenge our beliefs. Or even becoming aware of the beliefs we have.

For the most part, our beliefs reside in the background, below conscious thought. So here’s a question: – do you believe your beliefs are accurate and should be followed? If you like most people, unconsciously think these beliefs are the “TRUTH” and as such, they are written in stone.

Unfortunately, in most cases, our beliefs can stop us from making meaningful changes. Most people don’t start challenging their beliefs until they reach some threshold usually of discomfort. Mostly it is associated with some growing level of pain.

Unfortunately, in the current state of the world’s level of “consciousness,”  the only time most people learn about the real power of our minds, especially our ever-important “subconscious” mind, is when a person’s whole world is crashing and falling apart around us.

Most people don’t even consider change because most people think that their lives are okay – if something isn’t working it means somebody else needs to change. Until the universe slaps us hard enough to wake us up we can hide in this illusion. But when you start to facilitate change for whatever reason it is when you realize just how powerful you are and how much strength you really have facilitated change can create the life you want.

So my friend, where are you with this process? Do you ever wonder about the beliefs that run you and where you got them? If you don’t have the results you want, it’s generally because there is some belief running in the background that is stopping you!

Pain/Poor Results Can Be Our Biggest Drivers Facilitating / Driving us to Change

In some ways, pain and hardship can be a gift. Sometimes our struggles can bring out a powerful ability to create change. For many people, this is the first time that they start to challenge how they live their life and start asking the great question of why: Why am I doing this? Am I capable of a lot more? What’s really holding me back?

Again the pain can be the facilitator of amazing changes, and bring the best out of you! Don’t you find sometimes it’s the discomfort you go through that really wakes you up as you try something different? Many people need some level of discomfort to wake up to the fact that their life is not working the way that is and to take the change process seriously.

For example, When do most people look at the change in their diet-usually when the clothes don’t fit order on the receiving end of less than flattering comments. When do we stop eating candies and chocolates? Again when there’s enough pain, in this case when our dental bills start to skyrocket. When do many people face her addictions to say cigarettes/alcohol- When our lungs have gone bad, diagnosis of cancer, piling the car into a telephone pole etc. when do we pray and ask for help? When they realize that there going to die sooner than we expected and we don’t want to!.

Change Needs to Happen IF You Want A Better Quality of Life!

My friend, change is going to and will happen, like it or not. Again, just look at all the changes that happened over the last year or so in response to the recent pandemic. Our way of living was upturned overnight.

Many times our stress levels continue to build, as they try to tell us that we need to make some changes in our lives. It is like some higher intelligence is trying to get our attention, that we need to challenge long-standing beliefs and make some changes.

At one point or another, we are all going to experience different turning points in our life – and we are all going to eventually unlock our self-improvement power, not because the world says so, not because our friends are nagging us, or more importantly, deep inside ourselves, we realize that we need to make some changes, that it’s for our own good.

The good news is that if you are reading this post, it is likely that you have reached a state of awareness where you want to understand more. It is also likely that you want to give your life an upgrade so that you can fully create the life you want in this lifetime.

The real key is to start with clear goals pertaining to what you want. Then work to achieve those goals. In the process look for beliefs that are working against you getting what you want. For example, let’s say that one of your goals is: “I want to be a millionaire.” While working to achieve this goal, you discover that you have an underlying belief that “money is evil.” Well, this could be a problem. You have to change the underlying belief.

The World Has To Change OR Do You? Or do you Hang Onto Old Beliefs / Behaviours!

As the world is changed and is given us more time than we can avail ourselves of self-reflection. For most people, at some point, if we are at least somewhat self-aware, we reach a point in our life when where, for whatever reason, we are ready for change and in many cases, it is driven by a realization that we need to do something different if we want a different result.

And a whole bunch of information that will help us unlock our self-improvement power. Until then, something can be staring us right under our nose but we don’t see it.  The only time we think of unlocking our self-improvement power is when everything got worst.

If you want to change a belief, a good place to start is that change can be incredibly empowering.  Successful people don’t just accept change, they embrace it. As you increase your awareness you don’t have to feel increasing levels of pain before realizing the need to kick in your power of self-improvement.

Unlocking your self-improvement power means unlocking yourself from the cage/prison of thought that you have long been making excuses for. WHAT some level you have known something was missing or you needed to do something differently!

When you are ready for change you know that you need to do something in lines of thinking, such as: “it’s just the way I am”. It is such a poor excuse for people who fear and resist change. Most of us program our minds like computers.

Three sessions in a week at the gym would result in a healthier life, reading books instead of looking at porn will shape up a more profound knowledge, going out with friends and peers will help you take a step back from work and unwind.

Self-improvement may not be everybody’s favourite word, at least initially. For most people, there is comfort in the “known” way of being. But if you look at things from a different point of view, you might have greater chances of enjoying the whole process instead of counting the days until you are fully “improved.”  Ha, ha, by the way, there is no such thing, change is forever ongoing.

Your Brave New World

And just when you are enjoying the whole process of unlocking your self-improvement power, you’ll realize that you’re beginning to take things much easier and lighter and become a lot happier.

You also realize that there is a whole new world out there something that you have been totally unaware of. This can be incredibly exciting and empowering!

It just requires taking the first step.

Set some goals as to what you want!!

Welcome to We are dedicated to helping you to be successful.

How to adopt the beliefs that you need to be successful.

To become who you want to be, it is so important to adopt the beliefs that you need to be successful!

Beliefs and How They Run/Ruin Your Life!

Our beliefs run/ruin our lives. It is so important to adopt the beliefs that you need to be successful in life.

Over the next few posts, we are going to dive into the world of “beliefs” and how they either support or sabotage your personal success and why it is important to adopt the beliefs that you need to be successful.

To begin, what are we talking about:

The  Merriam-Webster dictionary defines belief as:

“a feeling of being sure that a person or thing exists

or is true or trustworthy”

You, like all of us, have beliefs, in fact, lots or a system of them. Have you ever given them much thought?

They affect virtually everything you do. This in turn affects the quality of virtually everything in your life. The beliefs you hold have a dramatic effect on your personal and financial success. It is so, so important that you adopt the beliefs that you need to be successful.

Beliefs – The hidden cause of many shortcomings.

Beliefs – Again, we all have them lots of them

The problem is that few people give any thought to the beliefs they hold. Most of your beliefs run in a similar way to software on a computer – in the background and once installed, taken for granted.

Once it is installed, little thought is given to the software.  You just run it when you need it to do something.

At least with computers, if the software fails or gets outdated, it gets upgraded or removed.

We take better care of a $300 (or less) computer than our brains

Not so with people. For most people, it takes a major crisis to bring a belief to the level of conscious thought, or into awareness, the place where people will challenge and change long-held beliefs. Have you ever heard someone who had an accident or was diagnosed with a major disease share that it was the best thing that happened to them? It was because it got them to challenge and change a long-held belief.

– AND it doesn’t be this way!

Yes, beliefs run our lives in much of the same way that software runs your computer. In essence, beliefs are the software of humans. They run virtually everything you do. In essence, they put a filter over how you see and experience everything, from yourself to the world.

You, my friend, have a group of beliefs that run your life. Have you ever given any thought as to:

– where did you get them? Where did you get your beliefs? While I know you think they’re yours in essence you got them from someone else so

Whose beliefs are running your life? Yes, I know you think they are yours but are they really? Again, where did you get them, and where did the people that passed them on to you get them? Unfortunately, beliefs can be multi-generational, even though they haven’t worked for years.

What are the positive or supportive aspects of the beliefs you adopted?

Most importantly  – do the beliefs you hold onto serve you? Do they serve you having the quality of life you want?

Finding / Uncovering your beliefs – An Easy Shortcut

What beliefs do you hold?

If you want to know the answer to this question, simply look around; do you have the results you want in life? When the results you have are not what you want, there’s a good chance you don’t have beliefs that are or will support you in getting what you want in life. Start asking yourself, what do I believe about me as to how I relate to “x”?

Kinds of beliefs

There are basically three variations of beliefs:

  1. beliefs about ourselves
  2. beliefs about others
  3. beliefs about the world

Where beliefs fail you or where you fail your beliefs

As I said above, one thing that I’ve observed with humanity is that there is a significant flaw in that humans, in general, think their beliefs are the “truth” when none of our beliefs are necessarily true.

There is a great definition I read once about beliefs. “The belief is something you have when you don’t have all the facts.”

Some common mistakes people make around beliefs.

Most people think:

  1. That their beliefs are true
  2. As such, they are then justified in any action that support these beliefs
  3. That they have to abide by the beliefs they have
  4. That their beliefs are beyond question
  5. They don’t have to question how they adopted this did I get this belief
  6. They can’t questioning if there beliefs support them getting what they want from life
  7. That they dont have to ask thyemselves “Does this belief support quality of life I want?”
  8. Their beliefs are irreplaceable or they can’t replace outdated or innefective beliefs
  9. That as they got the belief from someone likely from their parents or surroundings that they are beyond question.
  10. That if they are born in a certain country that the collective belief the country holds are “correct” or that the leaders of the country are correct, above reproach.

How Our Environment Can Effect Our Beliefs

You think someone who grew up in a rural community, say in another country such as Africa, China, South America, will have the same beliefs as someone who grew up in Washington DC.

In the reverse, what are the limitations of the beliefs you adopted?

Or, if you grew up the child of successful, multimillionaire parents, and also you went to the finest schools etc., what kind of beliefs do you think they would have? Would they have beliefs that support this mindset? Do you think that they would have a “wealth” based mindset and would be comfortable around money and luxury?

In contrast, how would you view life/possibility if you grew up in poverty?

While in essence, we humans are virtually the same physically, the main difference, the one the causes us so many problems, comes down to the beliefs that are installed. This is the cause of wealth, happiness, self-fulfillment, invention etc on one side, and poverty, misery, homelessness and even war on the other.

Yes, many people overcome adversity. All it takes is one you to change or install beliefs that support your goals, such as “I can”; “I deserve more, (of everything) etc.,”

Now the good part – Your Assignment (should you choose to accept it 🙂 )

Begin looking at your life. Look at your surroundings, your relationships, your success, and your inner and outer happiness, your quality of life.

The biggest thing that will start to change your life is increasing your awareness. Specifically your awareness of yourself and your inner thoughts. When you do something, start to ask yourself – “why and I doing this” You see we do things as they are driven by beliefs and habits. Both of these are mostly unconscious.

It’s important you increase your awareness of the unconscious actions you are taking and bring it into conscious thought. Become more aware of what you by starting to ask yourself: “why am I doing this? “what beliefs are driving this action”- this is especially important in major areas of your life, such as career or relationships.

All these actions/stances etc. are a direct byproduct of the beliefs you hold on to, the vast majority of which are unconscious or below your awareness. If you want to change your life for the better, you have to have the beliefs that support success. A good place to start is by understanding the beliefs that are driving you.

Again, start becoming more aware. When you do something (which is usually an unconscious act, bring it to conscious awareness – ask yourself why am I doing this? Why do I think that what I’m doing is important? Does it bring me happiness?

Begin today!!!!!!!

Start making the list especially where you are not getting the results you want. Ask yourself what beliefs are causing me to do this? What beliefs do I need to change or adapt if I want a different result?

You Can Change the World, Especially When You Start With Yourself!!!!

How your “Personal Programming” can keep you stuck – and How to start to change today!

These days, pretty well everyone has a computer.

In fact, it is likely that you’re reading this on one (or on your mini-computer – your phone or tablet.)

If you are using a computer, you probably understand the basics of how computers work.

There is a central processor or “brain” of the computer and then there are various software programs that facilitate the computer being able to do specific functions. It is likely that you conscious actions as to which programs to install and which ones to avoid.

If you want your computer to do something, you have to make sure that there is appropriate software installed on it. For example, if you want it to perform accounting functions, and you don’t have any accounting software on your computer, it’s not likely going to be much help.

If you own a computer, I’m sure that you are in the habit of looking for good, reputable software in order to keep your computer safe.

At the same time, you are likely very cautious of the “download this” opportunities to add unknown software to your computer.

To keep your computer safe virtually everyone has some form of anti-virus and/or anti-malware software that is constantly looking for unknown software that can undermine how your computer works. In fact, some of the software is capable of hijacking your computer.

For me, I have always found computers to be a very simple and effective metaphor for us humans

You see, like computers, we have a basic operating system run by our brain. Then as we evolved we start adding software which comes in the form of “beliefs”.

We install these a lot when we’re young. For the most part, they are installed randomly with little conscious thought as to their effectiveness. Yes, what I’m saying is that we humans take more care with a $500 computer than we do with this priceless computer that runs between our ears.

Much of the software that gets installed comes from our family, our surroundings, our society and sadly these days all too often from unknown sources on the Internet.

When asking a question, have you ever challenged your beliefs? Have you ever asked yourself why do I believe this to be true? Or does this belief support me in getting everything that I want in my life?

You see, in our collective unconsciousness, very few people challenge their belief systems. We have a tendency to accept the beliefs that we were raised upon in spite of the fact that our lives are not giving us what we want.

People who are born into wealthy families simply have different beliefs, especially about things like abundance, than people who were born into middle class or poorer families.

Many people start with these amazing dreams of what they want to create in their life and yet never create them. The major cause of this is simply they don’t have the belief systems in place to support wealth, abundance etc.

When we are children we are not capable of discerning the information that comes to us as to whether it’s viable or valid. If the customer’s parents we just accept it. The unfortunate thing is many times children make decisions about the world from a child’s perspective.

I remember a story I read.

There was a woman in her 40s who kept finding herself getting sick and ending up in the hospital.

After working with a counsellor for a while she finally discovered that when she was only a child, about four years old, she unconsciously made a decision that if she got sick, she would get attention from her mother – something she longed for.

That simple belief, made as a child stayed in her mind and unknowingly ran her life.

Starting the process to get what you really want – (and deserve)

You need to wake up and become aware

To make real changes, you have to start thinking about what you believe. Do your beliefs support success or failure? Do they support you taking massive action, or avoiding taking it at all cost? Do they support you being wealthy, or poor? etc. IF you want to know the answer to these questions, simply look at the results you have created in your life, as this is an indication of your current beliefs.

For most people, our beliefs are unconscious, or we are simply unaware of what we believe. We are so used to our beliefs that we take them for granted. Few people challenge or even think about their beliefs.

Simply if you want to know the answer to these questions, just look around – the results you have are a clear indication of your beliefs

Some beliefs to think about:

  • What you believe about wealth?
  • What you believe about your capability of being successful?
  • What you believe about relationships?
  • What you believe about the education system?
  • What you believe about money? Are you allowed to have some? Are you allowed to have a lot?
  • What was your family imprint around money?

The route to Meaningful and Lasting Change

Meaningful change starts with 2 things: Clear goals – What do I want! and honest awareness as to where you are at – what do I believe? that got me here.

My friend, get this process moving by starting by getting very clear about what you what. Dream big, and write it down. give your subconscious mind a clear picture about what you really want.

Then start being a lot more conscious of what you believe and start asking yourself why do I believe this to be true? Where did I get this belief? Does this belief support me to get what I want in my life?”

Next, start reading about the belief systems of successful people have and then ask yourself do I have a belief that it’s counter to this? read biographies etc.

A good place to start is Robert T. Kiyosaki’s book, Rich Dad, Poor Dad where he shares the different beliefs of rich and poor people.

Be Safe & lets make a different world together!
